I visited the shop twice for the same problem, and both times I was told it was fixed. After paying more than $1,300 for repairs, the issue has returned a third time. When I called to dispute the cost, the person on the phone claimed I never mentioned a no-crank, no-start condition, even though I explicitly specified this was my main issue during both visits. Now they want me to tow my car back (having already spent over $300 on towing) so they can “fix it,” probably by charging me hundreds more dollars.

Great service, provides constant updates. does a good job. a place I consider to be dependable the only bad experience was that I left my car there overnight and it was broken into. over $200 worth of belongings were stolen. no cameras were on the side of the building where my car was parked. Next time, I won't leave my car overnight and get repairs the day of
