I researched several local mechanic shops for a family member who needed a brake job, and from the very first phone call, I had a feeling RPM was going to be a great choice. Chris was incredibly professional, clearly explained the expected cost, and was able to fit the vehicle in the same day for an inspection. What impressed me most was their honesty. They didn't try to pad the bill with unnecessary repairs or claim things were broken that weren't. Ford Ranger had a check engine light and a lot of shaking and jittering. Took it in, the mechanics got back to me same day with the diagnosis, the price, and the next day my intake manifold was repaired and the truck was running like when I picked it up from dealer. Great job, thanks all!

Complete trust!!!! I went in assuming I blew the turbo in my truck and was ready to pay ALOT of money, they found a broken bracket. It ended up cost a tenth of what I was expecting. I have no doubt a dealership would taken full advantage of the opportunity to make my fears a reality. Chris was great and RPM is my new mechanic for all my cars and my friends will know about them too! Thanks Chris!!

Chris and the other mechanic also named Chris that I met and that helped me were both very helpful and down to earth. While the service was a little expensive for my truck (go figure, my whole suspension was in desperate need of repair), I'm grateful I was able to get my truck fixed at a reasonable time and they were very flexible with my busy schedule. Chris also did a good job communicating everything to me and walked me through the process which I found really helpful. If you're willing to be patient, flexible, and inquisitive, RPM is a good choice. Even with one of the parts being faulty that they replaced, they were quick to understand and get my truck back in the shop to fix it up as quickly as possible which I was also every grateful for.
